Alex the Metro-Rod engineer did a magnificent job for us on the 28^th of October “it makes a big difference to deal with someone who is both hard working and courteous” Alex went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our problem was rectified.

Our drains backed up and we called Metro-Rod I was not confident of a quick response with it being Sunday evening and I was therefore pleasantly surprised  when e Metro-Rod engineer (Terry Moore) arrived within half an hour of my call. Not only did Terry sort out the problem quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards I was impressed with his professional and courteous approach. I have experienced the dismal service offered by your competitors on previous occasions and in all honesty found the quality of your services to be in a totally different league. I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro-Rod to my friends and colleagues

I had an urgent requirement to clear blocked drains at home and having contacted a few local firms was resigned to waiting until the next day (it was tea time). Then i saw Metro-Rod’s name in the yellow pages and gave them a call. Initially the chap  (Dave Carter) said that they were fully booked, but then reviewed the position and thought that he could possibly fit us in by rescheduling some non urgent work elsewhere

. He said he would call me back Which we duly did a few moments later and confirmed that the visit was “on”  and allow 60 to 90 minutes for the engineer to finish up and get from his last job, some distance away. The van arrived within the hour and the engineer had sorted the problem out and cleaned up within 45 minutes. The price was competitive, so overall I was well pleased
