Maureen and Clive Newport have been running the Bristol franchise for 11 years, along with their two sons Darren and Gareth. As a family run business they have taken Metro Rod Bristol from a 'one man one van' operation to a fleet of 6 vans and 6 engineers and still expanding. Maureen runs the office efficiently and cheerfully and her extensive knowledge means she can answer all your drainage queries quickly and professionally.
With 33 years experience in the construction industry and over 10 years experience of managing Metro Rod Bristol, Clive has a full range of knowledge and skills required to manage the most complex drainage projects. Clive is responsible for ensuring Metro Rod Bristol's team of engineers are trained to the highest industry standards, and is proud of the high quality of workmanship and customer care delivered by his team. At long last! A picture of one of our fabulous engineers, Shane Burns,... and the van is clean too! Shane has been with Metro Rod Bristol for 3 years and is one of our top excavation engineers. He loves being in the thick of it!

We have just taken on another engineer called Joel so updated photos will follow in due course when they are not so busy clearing drains and manage to make it into the office.
Joel is our newest recruit, He comes from a plumbing background and has been part of the team for nearly a year and we are pleased to have him on board.
