At the Ask restaurant on the High Street, and in my adjoining property, Neil Smith carried out skilled operations and quickly overcame the blockage problems in spite of odious conditions. He is highly recommended.

I contacted your Cov and Leics branch at 0815 last Monday (11th) to request a visit for a suspected collapsed drain. The message was noted and at 0830 a gent rang to say that the technician would arrive about 1100, and he did. Fortunately, the drain had not collapsed and 1 hour was spent clearing debris and checking with a camera. All ended well.
The reason for this message is to say thanks for the swift response and the courtesy of the people I spoke to on the phone was exemplary. The technician (Mick, I think) was a great character, both thorough and pleasant.

Called out Metro Rod to clear a blocked drain from the kitchen. The engineer arrived on time with a very cheerful disposition.
The drain was unblocked in less than an hour. He then proceeded to check the other drains.
A good job done very professionally. I will recommend Metro Rod to anyone who asks.

Many thanks for your email below concerning ******* House. As suggested we let the pump station fill up and then turned on the pump to demonstrate the run to the manhole at the front of the property. The flow was excellent at the manhole so no further investigation is necessary.
