Franchise Manager North - Metro Rod Head Office

Franchise Manager North is required to join the Franchise Support Team.   Ideally based in the North West your role will include extensive travel visiting approximately 25 franchisees within our network.    Previous experience within franchising or management of multi site operators is highly desirable.   Key to your success will be your ability to build credibility with our franchisees through your proven knowledge and understanding of franchising, the SME sector and business management.    Experience and a sound understanding of financial management, sales, marketing and operational processes within a small business environment will be intergral to your success in this role.   The job reports to the Franchise Operations Manager and your main objectives are supporting the franchisees to achieve business sales growth and ensuring compliance to our operational procedures.

Quality and Compliance Manager - Metro Rod Head Office

Due to internal promotion we now have a role available within our Franchise Support team for a Quality, Compliance and Complaints Manager, this role also carries responsibility for Health and Safety, therefore, it is a pre requisite that you hold a NEBOSH certificate and can demonstrate a clear understanding of Health and Safety within business and throughout our multi site operation.  You would be responsible for updating our Health and Safety manuals, communicating key information and in the case of a major event carrying out a sit visit, investigation and preparing a full report.    Additionally your role deals with all external & internal complaints and compliance issues, this involves dealing with difficult situations in a professional manner, liaising with all parties, reporting on outcomes and bringing all matters to a conclusion, any learning points should then be communicated to all concerned.  This role reports to the Franchise Operations Manager.
