I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Craig the Metro Rod engineer who came to my property to clear an issue.
Our manhole was deeply embedded and it needed his determination and hard work before it could be lifted. After clearing the immediate area I asked him about certain drainage issues and he was able to give valuable advice that I needed. Would you please pass on our thanks to the two engineers who did such a great job in clearing a bad blockage at our house in January. They deserve a pat on the back, as we had found an inspection lid full to the brim and another full to the brim in our house.
