Well done to our engineer who has managed to solve an ongoing problem for a customer!

"I had Arran Douglas to complete a job on Wed 9th March. I asked if I could have details to provide feedback as I and the rest of the branch was very impressed with Arran’s work.

For the last year I have been logging jobs to try and get to the bottom of foul smells in the branch. The problem has actually been logged over approx. 4 years without anyone being able to tell us the root cause or solve the issue.

Arran came to branch and listen to all of the things that had been done and what was happening and we immediately able to tell what had been missed and solve the problem. He has also offered to come back to check some other things that may be contributing and to carry out a maintenance contract to ensure it does not become a regular issue.

I cannot tell you how grateful the branch team are that this issue has finally been resolved through Arran’s knowledge and persistence. I wish he had been allocated the job sooner!"

"This is to confirm that the above drain blockage clearing job was carried out completely satisfactorily.
Arrival time of the engineer was prompt. He was highly professional and cleared the discovered blockage with jetting and manual removal of debris and a rootball after a full investigation of the pipe work via 3 separate manholes.
A camera check afterwards reassuringly confirmed pipes were in good condition.
I thought the charge for the job was very reasonable. He gave advice about recurrence avoidance.

We recently attended a property in Abergavenny that had been suffering with repeated blockages due to tree roots that had ingressed in to the drainage pipework. We recommended our high pressure water jetting unit as a means to remove the roots before installing a structural repair over the joint that had become displaced.
