We were recently tasked with a job at the BBC in Borehamwood at very short notice which required the hiring of heavy manhole lifters and the supply of a tanker unit. Due to various obstacles, the job at hand went on all day and by close of play we had completed the work required.

Tom Hanson, the Workplace Manager at Interserve, was onsite with our engineer Ryan Bishop throughout and immediately sent in a sparkling testimonial praising Ryan's performance.

We attended a property in Crouch End, London N8 where there had blocked drains. Our customer sent in a feedback card which had been provided during the call out. There was high praise for the quality of work and value for money as well as the speed of the response.

Brilliant overall service

We attended a domestic property in Enfield, EN1 a couple of weeks ago. Our customer had a blocked toilet and was hosting a children's birthday party at the time.

We attended within the hour and managed to clear the blockage with the minimum of fuss. Alex wrote into us with some very kind words for our engineer Alan.

we wouldn't have got to a resolution without you

We'd been called to a site in Hackney, London E2 where our client had been experiencing flooding within the basement area of a proposed new book shop.

The blockage had become so severe that the only way to investigate was to excavate a gully, and use CCTV equipment. On further investigate we found a large piece of wood with had become lodged between the outfall and the main sewer in the street on a bend which couldn't be removed. As the obstruction was located underneath the road, this was passed over to the local water authority who were able to take responsibility for the works which required undertaking. Once the works had been completed, we received a testimonial from the property owner praising the investigation work of our engineers which brought about a conclusion to the issue.

"Thank you for your hard work in finding the issue which has now been taken care of by Thames Water. I'm sure we wouldn't have got to a resolution without you. You will be first on my list if we have any other drainage problems".

We've recently carried out a CCTV Survey for Conisbee CSE in London, NW3, in order to ensure planned building works could commence without issue.

All drainage was found to be in good condition, with no remedial works required.

The site manager filled out a feedback form. "Pleased no defects were found, meaning we can begin our building work right away. Thank you Metro Rod for your assistance".

We were recently called to a tower block in North London which was being affected by flooding. Our team arrived on site within the hour and diagnosed the issue right away, containing the flood and removing the blockage within a stack pipe.

The building manager sent in a feedback form with high praise for our engineers. "Very thankful that your attendance was so quick - preventing major issues at this site".

Magnificent work

During the summer, we conducted CCTV work at Oakwood Baptist Church in London, N14 which led to authorisation of a large amount of remedial works to the underground drainage system.

The additional work was completed within a week which allowed building works at the church to commence as planned.

The Treasurer of the church emailed with positive feedback, "Magnificent work to the church, we can now get started on the planned building work with delay. Thank you to all of your team for your help".
