Peter is responsible for the successful delivery of Metro Rod’s Key Accounts Programme - providing cost-effective and reliable drainage services to multi-site businesses in locations across the UK – as well as our 24-hour call centre, and Further Recommendations Team. His commitment to the commercial development of the service has seen us grow to serve a number of leading High Street names and blue chip companies. Put simply, Peter makes sure every Metro Rod’s Key Account customer enjoys world class service, at every business location.

Lisa’s background in the industry helps ensure Metro Rod’s unrivalled commitment to customer care and service delivery. Like all our Key Account Managers, she has a good understanding of the specific technical and service challenges that face our engineers, and an up-to-date knowledge of the most rigorous health and safety practice. That means she’ll know just what to do in your drainage emergency.

As a Key Account Manager for Metro Rod, Mark has broad experience in managing operations across multiple sites. He’s an invaluable point of contact at our Cheshire head office to answer questions, solve problems, and oversee the day-to-day running of your Key Account. Mark is dedicated to customer care – whatever you need, give him a call.

One of Steve’s major roles as a Metro Rod Key Account Manager is making sure your drainage problems across any number of sites nationwide receive the same high standards of service and repair. With experience managing accounts in a variety of business sectors, he’s able to respond quickly and efficiently in an emergency, as well as ensuring that running your Key Account is simple and straightforward.

Leanne is in charge of our Further Recommendations Team, making sure that every Key Account customer benefits from the same high standards of service, whatever their location. Leanne is chiefly responsible for providing centralised estimates from our Cheshire head office, and ensures that we provide all our customers with high levels of consistency and continuity of service.
