We called out Metro Rod to sort out a problem we were having with our toilets and urinals in our unit. The engineers arrived very quickly and were polite and knowledgeable. The solution they came up with was very sympathetic ensuring minimum disruption in my offices and work area. As a business man myself I always try to be quick and efficient for my clients, I hear all too often of people taking their time deliberately and doing work that was not necessary. We have been using Metro Rod for a few years to carry out regular drain maintenance at our site. The engineers call every few months to jet the drains to ensure they are kept in a clean condition. We have had numerous issues with our drains and it was therefore recommended that we pre planned visits to our site to maintain the drains to ensure they remain clear. I called Metro Rod after our maintenance team was unable to clear a blockage which was causing havoc with our drains. I called Metro Rod and they were able to get to us extemely quickly. The engineers were brilliant they spent hours trying to clear the problem and kept me informed throughtout the process.
