We have been using the services of Metro Rod for the past 3 years. I recently rung Metro Rod regarding a severe blockage that had just occurred within the University. The ladies on the phone the other end assured me that someone would be there as soon as they can. To our surprise 2 vans arrived within 15 minutes. The blockage was dealt with professionalism and the communication was second to none. What more the after care service was taken care of with a clean team sent to assist with the clean up.

Our leisure centre has used Metro Rod - Norwich for several years to cover all our drainage problems. This includes emergency call outs (they are sometimes with us within 30 minutes) to full camera surveys and maintenance works.
