Metro-Rod (Peterborough have been our sole, drain servicing, contractors for the past 12 years. Throughout that time they have given, and continue to give us prompt and excellent service in an extremely difficult environment, i.e. drains in hospital buildings.
The company’s response times, from when we place a call, are on average ½ to 1 hour. When on site the service engineers work in a very efficient manner causing as little disruption as possible and they always clean up after themselves.
Metro-Rods rates are very competitive and they have a “lets get the problem sorted first” attitude, worrying about payment only when the job has been resolved.
