These guys are exceptional. They were recommended by a structural engineer who really knows his stuff. The job they had to do was difficult to say the least, and they just got on with it calmly and professionally. What is more they are very polite. AND THEN I needed to speak to them afterwards for clarification of recommendations, and they spent loads of time patiently explaining what needs to be done. Well done Martin, Will and crew!

What we originally thought was going to be a simple case of unblocking our drain turned into a nightmare. Un-be known to any of us, it wasn't just our drain, but those of our neighbours too. The blockage had been building up for months and months. Metro Rod painstakingly investigated and detected where the blockages were and brought a tanker in to clear it all. William Duncan and two members of his team worked relentlessly, remaining friendly, patient and polite throughout. I was very anxious but William remained calm and in control throughout, which, in turn, eased my panic! They worked tirelessly for the whole 7 hrs they were with us and left everything clean and tidy. My husband and I cannot rate them high enough.
