The first step is for a Metro Rod Technical Surveyor to carry out a free site survey. The Surveyor will analyse previous problems and isolate areas of concern. He will then recommend an initial ‘clean’ that will return the pipe work to full flow and optimum performance. A detailed programme is then prepared showing which part of the system needs cleaning on a regular basis. Then, by prior arrangement and at a time to suit you, Engineers will carry out the scheduled work, ensuring a minimum of inconvenience
