Excellent service. The engineer was at the property within 45 minutes of me making contact. He located the problem and cleared the blockage within an hour. Professional, smart and left no mess. I had a problem with the downpipe from a gutter on my house. Attempted to clear it myself but failed. I called Metro Rod based on a previous review. The work was carried out promptly and in line with the estimated cost. It turned out to be due to tree roots invading the pipe running off to a soakaway point. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and subsequent heavy rains have proven that the problem has been dealt with.
Can't praise this franchise enough. Arrived within 30 mins of phone call and solved the blocked drain within another 20 minutes. Quick & excellent service by a thoroughly professional workman. Call out rate is fair and includes 1 hours worth of labour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others in the Doncaster area.
