I write to ask you to thank two of your guys who work for Metro Rod and were fantastic last week.
I was in the fast lane of the A12 when a tyre burst. My car stopped in the fast lane and two of your guys also stopped to help. We tried to move the car but couldn't and so the guys offered to change the tyre and set out cones to make it safer. The police arrived and asked if the guys could do a formula one racing style tyre change because we couldn't move the car.
The Police blocked the A12 to allow the guys to change the tyre which they did with incredible speed. The police said they had done a fantastic job and I couldn't agree more.
The gentlemen didn't give me their names but gave me a flyer for Metro Rod. I therefore decided to write to you and ask you to pass on my enormous thanks to the two guys who did such a fantastic job helping a lady on the A12 in the early morning in the middle of last week.
The guys are a fantastic credit to Metro Rod and you can be sure if i ever need their professional assistance I will contact you. Again please pass on my enormous thanks
