This animated film takes place in the London sewers after high maintenance, “upper class” pet rat (Roddy) falls down the toilet bowl! The plot includes evil toads, friendly rats and a plan to great sewage flood! The sewer shows an underworld of rats living in the sewers as if it was a miniature London below ground. Glad it wasn't going to flood Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford or Huddersfield!
That final hit with the rock, causing the prison sewage pipe to burst, still makes us here at Metro Rod West Yorkshire feel sick. Can you imagine climbing through the entire pipe! An iconic escape featuring a good old sewage pipe.
Stephen King’s bestseller! These sewers are somewhere we wouldn’t want to live in. The movie created an iconic scene in which a young child loses their paper boat in the drain, then meeting Pennywise at the entrance to the drain.
