Yes, Steve pulled an impressive 22 METRES of drain rods out of this Southport drain! The householder had initially employed a local handyman to come out and address their blocked drains that they had been experiencing for some time at their home, but after the contractor put in his drainage rods he lost them and was unable to retrieve them, leaving the householder with an even bigger drainage problem than they had initially. The householder then went onto the internet, found our number, called us up and we attended her house that day. Steve immediately identified the problem, retrieved the rods and cleaned the drain out using High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ), clearing the blockage in the process.
The householder was thrilled with our service. Although she wants to remain anonymous she told us that "after this experience she would always use Metro Rod again, they were fast, friendly and professional, attending to my house within just a few hours, immediately reassuring me that everything would be alright and not actually as expensive as I was expecting."
