Ronnie the Rod Supporting the Cyclists at the 2016 Tour of Britain
The third stage of the cycling Tour of Britain recently took place in Cheshire and part of the route
The third stage of the cycling Tour of Britain recently took place in Cheshire and part of the route went through the small village of Bollington near Macclesfield. Metro Rod Head Office is based in Tytherington which is right next to Bollington.
With the world famous event coming so close to our Head Office, ‘Ronnie’ couldn’t miss the opportunity to run outside and watch the action.
Here is Ronnie waving as the cyclist fly past. Can you spot Mark Cavendish in the picture?
He is the rider to the far right of the image with the dark grey shorts, light top and the ‘e’ symbol on his upper arm.
