Really impressed with Metro Rod, they were available to come out quickly, listened to my issue, listed a variety of potential solutions (of varying costs from reasonable to more substantial) and also gave advice on what steps I should take first before I spend lots of money on a solution that could be dealt with in other ways. There was no pressure to sell me the most expensive solution, where a cheaper solution might do the same task. With expert experience from the water industry, you can trust they know what they are talking about. If I need to go ahead with substantial works, I would definitely feel comfortable to go with Metrorod.

I am writing to thank you for helping us clear a drain which became blocked today. Your company had been contacted by the property management company who manage the block of flats where I live. Your engineer arrived extremely promptly and cleared the problem quickly and professionally. More than that he was very polite and took time and trouble to leave the area affected clear of any debris. He should be praised.

Metro Rod came out to resolve a blockage issue in kitchen sink. Tony and Tony came prepped and were able to take a look and resolve the issue quickly using their equipment. It was done within 30min or so from arrival and I was able to get back to work without major delay.
