A customer called our head office to log some positive feedback for two members of staff from Metro Rod Norwich. Mrs Shaw stated that the person who answered the phone and took the details in a professional manner and that she totally understood her situation and that she was a credit to the company. This was the lovely Amie Maher, well done Amie!
We then attended the property to carry out the works and again Mrs Shaw stated that the Engineer (Dean Mason) was fantastic in resolving her issue in a timely manner and that he is also a credit to the company.
