May Day has certainly brought great weather for visiting the breathtaking carpets of bluebells that are blooming throughout parts of the Ashridge Estate. What's more, they're out in their full glory just in time for the May Bank Holiday next Monday.
The beautiful bluebell woods that can be found on our doorstep here look and smell amazing. We can't recommend highly enough that you go and see them within the next week whilst they are at their best.
One of the best places to start to find out about these beautiful spring flowers and more, is the Ashridge Estate Visitor Centre. Here you can find out how the National Trust in our area is doing all it can to protect these amazing plants.
