It's The Royal Norfolk Show today and tomorrow, where the best of Norfolk congregate at the showground just outside Norwich to show the word (and royal guests) what they have on offer. The Royal Norfolk Show is the UK's largest two-day countryshow! This year it has a new look Forestry and Woodland area, packed Countryside Area and shopping and fashion shows! Over the next two days some 85,000 visitors are expected, with over 700 businesses, charities and organisations taking part.
Along with the livestock and trade stands, I really look forward to the shopping, and if you do pick up a bargain or two, be sure to support The Priscilla Bacon Hospice Bag Secure Drop facility on its stand (located at Royal Avenue, Stand 135), enabling show-goers to leave non-perishable purchases in a safe environment for the duration of each day, allowing further shopping to occur without the encumbrance of heavy bags! I certainly hope to make use of it tomorrow!
