Metro Rod held their Annual Conference on 18th November 2017 at the Celtic Manor resort. Franchisees gathered to watch Toni Whitbread (office manager) from the South East Anglia office lift the Employee of the Year trophy.
Toni is a treasured & experienced manager and widely respected due to over 16 years with this Witham office. Toni has overseen extensive works with Anglian Water on their peak lopping contract, to the stringent standards that OFWAT require. She leads a team of 9 engineers and staff, who invariably do the job once, and do it right first time.
