We advertised in early November for a new office administrator to come and join our team here at Metro Rod Southampton, with over 125 applicants for the position, we whittled this down to a handful of candidates and carried out a few interviews.
We are extremely happy to announce that Nicole was successful on our first interview day, and has joined our team here at Metro Rod Southampton as our newest Office Administrator. Nicole has been with us since mid-November learning the ropes and day to day running of the office and is excelling daily. We are ecstatic to have her on board with us!

Could you be our next recruit?
We are seeking experienced drainage engineers in the Southampton area. This is a full-time vacancy and will involve you providing a range of emergency and programmed services to both commercial, industrial and domestic customers.
Your main responsibilities are:
To carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers drains;
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise;
To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures;
Maintain your company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards;
Accurately record work/job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications;
Be part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
Ideal Candidates:
Would be fully experienced however full training will be provided on the following basis.
If you have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude and want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
Be willing to work some unsociable hours;
Hold a full UK driving licence.
