It's fair to say that the past few weeks have been a complete mixed bag weather wise!
From the hottest day in the UK EVER to flooding problems in just 3 days, this summer's weather is proving to be variable, to say the least. As regular Metro Rod followers will already be aware, each weather type brings about it's own issues that could highlight drain problems, so as you may expect, we have been rather busy the past few weeks!
Rain does not make you have blocked drains, but it can add to the problems that are already there! Here at Metro Rod in Liverpool we have had an influx of calls recently about blocked gullies, external drains and overflowing gutters on commercial buildings. These will already be blocked with silt, sand, soil, leaves and other debris. Metro Rod have great engineers and the latest technology to ensure that these aren't problematic for long.
