We’ve had a very busy first six months of 2018 dealing with all the drainage issues here at Metro Rod Deeside, with new team members joining our ever-expanding team! So, we thought we’d give you a quick re-cap of our team members to date. Team work is extremely important to us here, so it's a bonus that everyone gets along both on and off site!
Roy is our fearless leader and Franchisee here at Metro Rod Deeside. He manages all the important things like recruitment and financials. As well as providing support to everyone who may need his guidance in the business.
Roy’s Fun Fact; Roy enjoys spending some quality down time (when he’s able to) in Abersoch with his wife and his dog!
Chris is our Technical Manager. What he doesn’t know about drainage isn’t worth knowing, Chris is our go to guy for advice on required works. Chris used to work the vans but is now more office based with the occasional visit to site to undertake in a survey.
Chris’s Fun Fact; Chris spends a lot of his time off travelling around the UK as part of W Fire Pits, a bespoke fire pit fabricator, he recently attended the Countryfile UK Show!
Richard is our Operations Manager. He runs the day to day schedules for our engineers, which normally means he’s the one constantly on the phone, sending them to their jobs. Richard also used to work on the ground as an engineer so he is very well equipped to understand any issues the engineers may call up with.
Richard’s Fun Fact; Rich enjoys motorcycling with a keen interest in the classic bikes.
Eachan is our Assistant Technical Manager. She helps Chris with providing Further Reccomendations to clients using her own fountain of drainage knowledge. Eachan also has some experience of on site works, so she’s ideal to help understand the further repairs the engineers are describing.
Eachan’s Fun Fact; Eachan is well travelled having spent four years throughout Australia and Asia
Eleri is our Marketing Manager and General Admin Assistant. She runs the website and social media pages keeping you all updated! Along with assisting everyone in the office with extra tasks. Eleri has family who have worked in the drainage business for many years, so she is familiar with the ins and outs of the business also.
Eleri’s Fun Fact; Eleri is also a keen motorcyclist. She takes part in drag racing championship rounds with Straightliners at drag strips across the country!
