Overflowing Septic Tank leaves customer desperate.

We have had a brilliant review from a customer who was in a real mess with Blocked Drains and overflowing Septic Tank. He rang in the afternoon following some very heavy rain and hail storms that were pretty epic for the middle of May. We had already had a very busy day and was helped by a customer letting us rearrange a tank for us to attend this emergency. The customer was kind enough to leave us this great 5 star review.
"Needed our septic tank and blockage sorting urgently. Metro rod Mid Wales and Shropshire to the rescue and all sorted in less than 2 hours after we called. And all done in the middle of thunder, lightening, pouring rain and hail by a really nice (and very wet) Metro Rod Tanker driver. Great service and great people which is why we've been customers of this team for more than a decade"

Over the Easter Holidays we received quite a few calls around Mid Wales and Shropshire which kept our engineers busy. One call came in from a very popular local Caravan site where a number of Caravans were complaining of Blocked Drains, Our engineer was on site as soon as he could be a proceeded to clear the Drains. Blocked Shower Gets a 5 star review for Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire.

15th April 2019 - in Mid-Wales, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Telford

We received a call From Welshpool Medical Centre where they had a Shower that was gurgling in an upstairs suite. This was connected to a stack pipe across the room. Our engineer flushed the toilet and the water level began top rise. We followed the stack pipe down into the car park and in the disabled users parking bay where we found multiple manholes blocked. We High water pressure Jetted and managed to restore full flow and everything was flowing well. The customer left us this review:-

"Brilliant service, done with a smile!! Tom and Daley came and cleared a gurgling shower and blocked toilet all coming from the Doctors surgery disabled parking bay. They were quick, clean and out of site with everything flowing fine, They explained everything they had done! We will definitely use them again!"

We had a great review come through to us from Metrorod Head Office, Where a customer had rang up and wanted to Share some feed back from a job we had recently Attended. It read:-
"The customer had called to pay his bill this morning. He was full of praise for the engineer that went to site. He advised that we attended the same day, we were very efficient, professional and couldn't thank both the engineer and the company enough."
We had attended a blocked toilet and found that it had been blocked with a toilet rim block holder which had come loose and wedged itself in the U bend. Our engineer managed to clear it and we have another happy customer.

We had lovely surprise in the office this week when a customer walked in with a thank you card and a bag full of biscuits and chocolates. We had recently produced a report on a Septic Tank and the adjoining Drainage system. The report we produced was for the building inspector and thankfully everything was passed and the customer is a step closer to moving in. Blocked Septic Tank Gets 5 star review for Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire.

Our engineer had been called out to a job in Berriew this week after a customer had found that there seemed to be no flow into the Septic Tank. On attending our engineer investigated the Tank and found the pipework blocked by the first inlet to the Tank, He high water pressure jetted and managed to clear the blockage and reinstate full flow. To give the customer peace of mind he put the camera down and was able to show the customer clean pipework with no issues. The customer was very pleased and left us this review.
"Tom Emberton did a first class job on unblocking our Septic Tank inspection pit. He also gave us lots of advice for the future."
