I am emailing to say how extremely impressed I was today with the quality of customer service that I received from Stacy and John. When I rang this morning with my query re my blocked drain, I was very stressed out and anxious. Stacy answered the call within a couple of rings and she was supportive and caring. She acted quickly and efficiently to organize an engineer and kept me updated re the ETA time of the engineer. John rang me when he arrived at my property. He was very friendly and clearly explained the problem to me and advised me to call Thames water. I will definitely call upon your service again if needed and I will recommend Metro Rod to my friends.
