I have just had Craig out to my emergency appointment. I had been left with no toilet facilities or washing facilities for 3 days with a 18 month old. As soon as he found out my situation he quickly got here within 30 minutes of him finding out.

He was determined to not leave until he would have solved whatever was causing the blockage, it was such a challenge leaving it flooded but he still was determined to help me and my little boy.

Nothing was too much for him and he was so helpful and polite throughout. He has left me with all working facilities and even communicated to Midland Heart to confirm how bad it was.

Im so grateful with the efforts he went to, he has literally saved me from having to go into temporary accommodation. He was so kind to my little boy and made such an effort and quite frankly believe he is one in a million.

His efforts and commitment to his job are next to non and you should be incredibly proud of his work ethic and having such amazing employees like him.

Please show him some form of recognition for his hard work and my appreciation as no matter how many times I said thank you, it would never express how happy and grateful I am.
