METRO ROD LIVERPOOL’S SUPER STEVE SAVES THE DAY!
We here at Metro Rod in Liverpool are always proud when we receive great feedback about our engineers – let’s face it, unblocking drains is really a thankless (and horrible!) job, so when our customers choose to get in touch and commend our engineers about the great work they have done we want to shout it from the rooftops!
Steve attended a job in Liverpool recently to unblock a drain, the customer had been having problems for a little while, as had their neighbour, the problem was affecting the both of them. Imagine our delight when not one but two customers got in touch to tell us about the service that Steve had provided! Firstly we were told;
“Brilliant service, fixed the problem (the only one who has), excellent service, 10/10 for Stephen Callaghan, thank you!”
Later the neighbour got in touch to tell us that
“10/10 satisfaction for your guy, Steve. He came in, he pulled some lovely shorts out of the drain and the problem was done. He was lovely to speak to and explained everything to us perfectly, thanks!”
Great work, well done Steve!
