I have used Metro Rod previously and on all occasions I have been impressed by their work, with an attention to detail, customer service, before & after and the friendliness of the engineers. They are also tidy workers. Dean & Charlie did a great job. I have recommended them to others.

Location One’s commitment to environmental issues required a company to install a waste water grease and debris trap. Metro Rod Bristol were brilliant from the initial contact through to completion. The onsite team led by Tony were fantastic, completely understood and facilitated our need to remain operational throughout the sizable installation. Excellent standard of work and communication, I would recommend Metro Rod to anyone.
During the 2022 Grand National, Tom and Danny from your Bootle branch went above and beyond for us over the 3 day event, they did everything asked of them and more. Having managed 36 Grand National’s during my career I have never felt the need to contact a supplier and praise the service provided but it would be remiss of me not to on this occasion. They are a credit to your company and the reason we will continue to engage Metro Rod's services for future Grand National events.

Fantastic to receive this email from a Metro Rod Central London customer following our drainage engineers visiting site to empty and clean an interceptor pit :
"Just wanted to drop you a line regarding the works carried out this week, the 2 lads who arrived to do the works were polite helpful and did their best to help us get the waste out of the interceptor we had on site. The lads didn’t complain and were professional on what they hoped to be a 20min job stuck with the task and left us with a clean pit at the end of it.

Metro Rod was a great outfit and a good team to works with which they were thorough, methodical, tidy workers and very conscientious with regards to nearby retail shops and potential issues from blocking the drains for the repairs. I would definitely recommend them and if I had a project in the area they covered id use the again.
