I wanted to comment on the service provided. Both Chris & James were a credit to Metro Rod on site, conscientious, efficient and extremely professional, working tirelessly each shift. Please pass on my compliments throughout the company, it's a rare thing these days sadly, the same goes for my interactions with the business & Jamie.
My wife and I were very happy with the effective service that we received from Metro Rod. Your operative, Keelan, was helpful and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Rod to anyone with a similar problem.
I have been using Metro Rod Bristol & Bath for many years, but on this occasion, was particularly impressed by their engineer Chris who was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous, not least in removing his boots without prompting (despite them being clean). I got some really good advice on what the problem is likely to be and how to reduce our risk. He is a real credit to the company, and I am now all the more likely to call Metrorod next time, should we have the need.
