This is just a note to inform you that one of your plumbing engineers, Adrian, should be commended for the professional and friendly manner in which he rapidly identified the problem, and cause, of our leaking waste outlet, from the kitchen sink; a good representative for Metro Rod Birmingham. Adrian also left the working area nice and clean, afterwards. Our experience has been very welcome and refreshing! Thank you.

I wish to highlight your operative who attended site, he was extremely professional and very patient with what turned out to be a particularly difficult blockage to remove. Regardless, Jimmy persevered over the course of several hours and succeeded in removing a substantial amount of material, and we now have a free-flowing pipe.

Christina in the office explained the procedure and cost in great detail and was very polite and professional. She called twice to give me an estimated time of arrival, unfortunately missed the call, but she left me an informative voice mail to ensure I knew what was happening. I was very impressed with the service I received right from calling it through to the works carried out.
