I am just writing in regards to a emergency appointment we had today . This morning one of your guys came out and tried to sort out a blocked drain but was unable to fix the issue. We were told we would have to wait until the next day but on his way home Denis was asked to pop In and have a look.
We just wanted to say what a great guy he was and spent his time clearing the blockage and whilst explaining what was the problem . All fixed so quickly. I think in these unprecedented times that staff should be given the praise when completing a good job and managers be made aware . So we would like to say that Denis was brilliant in fixing the problem and a credit to the company.
I have just had work done in my garden by Denis & Connor and would like to let you know that Denis & Connor are a tribute to your firm. They were both very considerate, very polite and last but not least very hard working. They kept me informed about everything that they were doing to ensure I was happy with it. They cleaned up after themselves on both days that they were here and made everything safe for me.

May I take this opportunity to thank Denis who came to unblock my Gully this afternoon. He was pleasant, efficient and provided an excellent service. What a treat to know someone with such expertise in these matters.
Your response via Nat West Black Card today was totally superb. Denis attended with 2 hours of me calling NatWest, had the issue fixed inside 10 minutes much to our relief and was a total star. Once again many thanks.
