Another brilliant review has come into the office and this time for an out of hours call to a property in Shrewsbury with Blocked and overflowing Drains. He was kind enough to leave us this great review.
"We had an out of hours emergency with a Blockage in our foul drain piping and engineer Tom Emberton turned up really quickly to sort it for us. He was a great guy, really friendly, Showed us exactly what the problem was and got the job done quickly and cleaned up all the mess afterwards.

Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire get great all round Root review.

We have received another brilliant review from a customer in Caersws, Powys. This customer had contacted us regarding ongoing issues she had been having over the past 10 years with her Drainage. She explained what has been going on and it was obvious a Drain cleanse and CCTV survey was required. Our engineer Tom attended and he began Jetting to try and clear a path but was met with what he explained felt like heavy Roots as the jetter was going no where fast. He proceeded to CCTV the Drains and found a mass of Roots had completely overwhelmed the drain. Moving down stream to the next manhole he found Roots and jetting further down he hit more Roots. We further recommended an exploratory root cut was required with CCTV to follow. The customer left us this brilliant review.

Our CCTV engineers have been kept on there feet lately with plenty off jobs for them to complete. We received a great review from a happy couple following a completed CCTV survey.

Letting Agency in Shrewsbury Gives 5 Star Review.

We had attended a weird job this week in Shrewsbury where another local Drainage company had already been in attendance and so had the local water board. There was a 12 metre Drain rod stuck down the Manhole covering 3 properties and also causing their Drains to block up. Our engineer attended and managed to retrieve this rod and clean up the area. The letting agent left us this brilliant 5 star review.

Overflowing Manholes cleared in Shrewsbury

We have received a superb 5 star review from a customer based in Shrewsbury, We were called out to an overflowing Manhole only to find there were 2. Our Engineer high pressure water jetted both Manholes clear in which he found a large lump of concrete which was almost certainly the reason these Manholes are backing up. He then washed them clean to which the customer left us this review.

We have recently attended a callout in Guilsfield, Powys. The owner had called in with a Blocked Drain causing problems at his property. Our engineer high water pressure jetted up towards the Blockage and cleared it. He then had a looksee with his camera and found a large dip in the pipework which was holding a considerable amount of water and further down he found and large displaced joint in the Drainage system. The owner was able to contact his insurance and get the issue resolved. He left this brilliant review.
"Impressed with the service supplied today. From the original phone call to finish with in half a day. Visiting engineer Tom Emberton was very professional. He explained at all times what he was doing and worked in an efficient manor. No Mess. Would recommend."

"Septic Tank problems. Very prompt and professional service. The best we have used. The representatives who came to our house really cared about providing a decent service. I think the mans name who came out to us was called Gary. He couldn't do enough to help us. We will be using this company from now on."
