Blocked Septic Tank Gets 5 star review for Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire.

Our engineer had been called out to a job in Berriew this week after a customer had found that there seemed to be no flow into the Septic Tank. On attending our engineer investigated the Tank and found the pipework blocked by the first inlet to the Tank, He high water pressure jetted and managed to clear the blockage and reinstate full flow. To give the customer peace of mind he put the camera down and was able to show the customer clean pipework with no issues. The customer was very pleased and left us this review.
"Tom Emberton did a first class job on unblocking our Septic Tank inspection pit. He also gave us lots of advice for the future."

Wicked Wipes Block Manhole in Shrewsbury.

We have received another review from a happy customer who had called in with a Blocked Manhole, Our Engineer attended the property where he found a Blocked Manhole, on lifting the lid it was evident there was a large presence of wipes which led to the drain being Blocked and the Lines to the property were backing up with Sewerage. The Manhole was High water pressure jetted and cleared of all nasties. The customer was kind enough to leave this review.:-

Our Ever busy Septic Tank service has been flying recently and this review left by the customer really show how well our Engineer Gary is doing on this occasions Gary had attended and blocked drain in Machynlleth and he noticed that the Septic Tank was full so he returned to empty it!

"I recently contacted you as our Drains were blocked and Gary turned up just a few hours later. After an hours drive from Welshpool. He Cleared the blockage by high water pressure jetting, Then he turned up the next morning to empty the Septic Tank. Very Pleased with the excellent service and would certainly recommend you. Thank You Gary!"

Safe to say this put a nice smile on Gary's face!!

Out Of Hours Job In Ellesmere Gains 5 Star Review.

Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire had an out of hours callout to a property in Ellesmere, Shropshire. On attending the property our engineer found a charged manhole running from the toilet. He high water pressure jetted the line and managed to clear the Blockage. The owner of the property was kind enough to leave us this great review:-

A Flourish of 5 stars reviews for our Engineers!

Since the Christmas Period has passed Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire have had a great start to 2019. Our engineers have been busy around the clock. From this busy period we have gratefully picked up a few 5 star reviews but in the last week we have picked up 3 brilliant reviews. Our first came from Montgomery where we were called out to a blocked drain, we found a collapsed Pitch Fibre Drainage system. We were able to free some of the Blockage and recommend further works to the customer. He left this review:-
"Excellent service, friendly and efficient at all times."
We then had another review from Garthmyl, Berriew where the customer had issues with a Septic Tank, they found after recently emptying it had filled up quickly and no water seemed to flow away, Our engineer attended and found the soakaway to be completely blocked, He Jetted the soakaway and water began to flow correctly. The customer left us this review:-

Finally we had a review from a customer in Ellesmere where we had attended a Blocked Toilet only to find the whole Drainage system Charged. Our Engineer high water pressure jetted upstream towards the property and popped the Blockage. They left us this review:-

Contaminated property brings 5 star review for CCTV engineer in Mid Wales.

We had been recently contacted by a company who had been working near Welshpool. They required a CCTV engineer to survey Contaminated drains following a kerosene leak from a Failed line. We were required to map all the routes of the various pipes at the property that may of acted as a pathway for the contamination to spread. We attended and Carried out what was required and the homeowner left us this great review:

New Years Eve Job in Telford for a Blocked Toilet claims another 5 star review for Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire

After a busy Christmas period we also encountered a busy New Years period on this occasion we were called to a property in Broseley, Telford. This was to a first floor Blocked Toilet. The engineer found a bit of a weird one where he was unable to plunge the Blockage and he eventually had to remove the Toilet and hoover/suck the Blockage from the pipework. The main cause of the Blockage was sanitary items. He Reinstated everything ensured the area was clear and ensure the flow was fully restored. the customer left this brilliant review:
