We pride ourselves on producing a great service for our customers and none more than with our Septic Tank services. We have recently been inundated with work for our tanker services leaving very little space for emergencies. The customer from Oswestry rang with an overflowing Septic Tank and we were able to attend in a very short space of time leaving the customer impressed by the standards we set. He left us this great review

We have received a large amount of reviews lately and this is the pick of the bunch, Our engineer was called to a Blocked Drain in which he managed to clear and clean up the mess left over. The customer was extremely happy with the efforts of our engineer and he left the following 5 star review.
"I had to get my domestic drain cleared and found online that prices and services (when can you come) were both expensive and not very user friendly. Then locally I discovered "Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire" and through them Chris Croft their engineer. What a superb Chap, Very Friendly and always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Came when he said he would and on time, He did the job well with no fuss or bother and cleaned up after. I recommend him and Metro Rod and thank them both for an excellent service."

Another busy weekend greets Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire with another brilliant 5 star review. We had been called out to a Blocked drain and the Drainage backing up on the customers property. He left this great review:-

We have Recently Carried out an excavation in Montford Bridge, Shropshire. We had been brought in to remove an interceptor pit from a customers Property and reinstall it with pipework. This was a tricky little job as the dig was pretty deep in a small area. Our expert Excavations team carried it out reinstated and re-laid tarmac leaving the area as we found it. The customer kindly left us this short but sweet review.

Over a busy weekend in August we had numerous call around Mid wales and Shropshire that kept our engineer busy. This was an emergency call out where the customer was struggling with a Blocked Drain. Our engineer attended cleared the Blockage and the customer left this brilliant review:-
" I called Metro Rod today the man got here and sorted the problem with in the hour and left everyhthing clean and so tidy. He even fixed my side gate where the wood had fallen off using his own screws and drill. What can I say his boss should be so proud to have a man like this on his team. A top man and a top job done. I asked his name and he said it was Tom Emberton thank you so much Tom."
We are very proud of our engineers especially Tom who on a regular basis goes above the nature of his job to help customers.
We had an emergency call out from a busy Bed and Breakfast owner in Guilsfield Powys. He had a full house and all of a sudden his Drains Blocked up. We attended as soon as we could and managed to get everything flowing again. The owner left this nice little review:-

This morning we have come in to a brilliant 5 star review. This time its one for the office staff. The office staff work hard behind the scenes trying to keep things ticking over. Along with keeping the engineers happy and in work. It is really nice to have a review they can be proud of. The customer basically says it all! We were asked to attend a Property in Ellesmere, Shropshire to carry out a pre purchase CCTV survey for the customer. The survey was completed it and sent the same day to the customers satisfaction.
