I am writing to tell you about the excellent service I received from one of your engineers tonight.
“PJ” visited my property in Middlesbrough tonight at short notice.
He spotted the problem quickly, explained all the issues and solutions to me and in 10mins cleared the blockage. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the drains for months and he sorted it in no time at all; where 3 other engineers had failed before! He does a really difficult job which at some times must be unpleasant yet his customer service was first class.
I’m not joking he was brilliant. He deserves to commended at your company and I won’t hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family based on his performance.
Tell him well done from me.
Ben was excellent...in fact the whole service was from start to finish. Blocked drains can be a nightmare but our problem was sorted quickly and efficiently.

I would just like to pass on my wife and I's most sincere thanks to the engineer who came to my property.
First and foremost he gave us a lovely initial call to say he was on his way and gave us an ETA. When he arrived, I noticed what a friendly and knowledgeable engineer he was and within the hour he had my toilet unblocked.
The customer service to the standard he gave us, especially at such a late hour was exceptional and I think he should be recognized and acknowledged.
Customer service to the standard we received is very seldom seen these days and I would like to pass on our huge thanks.
Your Engineer attended our premises within two to three hours of the request going in. Despite not having any diagrams of the water flow of the drains he was able to figure out the flow direction and free the blockage and apart from damp on the paving left no trace of his being here.
I would like you to congratulate him and commend him for a job well done.
A member of your staff attended my site in August 2018 his name is Lee I would just like to say what a very professional approach he had, the customer who’s flat he attended was so impressed with him and the way he left her property as I was not on site when he attended . Yesterday Lee and Ben attended my site again I was on site when they came and I would like to agree with my customer at how professional they both were, they got the problem sorted in no time and left no mess. I would just like to pass this on to you at how good these lads are.

Also please thank Geoff and the office staff as well if it was not for them half our jobs would not happen you have a great team always willing to go that little bit further for us.
Darren and Orion have just attended my office to clear drains in our staff toilets.
The 2 lads provided an excellent service. They kept me informed what needed to be carried out and time scales of the work to be done.
They were very friendly and approachable and even cleaned up the toilets after they completed the work.
