Just been visited by Sam Edwards, who was understanding, patient, and very very good at delivering excellent customer service. I reported the blocked drain then Sam turned up and within a short time he had the whole drainage cleared and running as it should. He is an absolute credit to your team. Cheers for a job well done Sam... job well done... with a great deal of courtesy thrown in.... :-)
