Spoke to a friendly and helpful member of staff over the phone, had a engineer come out the same day was very keen on getting the work done professionally and safely.
The team at West Essex have pulled a blinder for a Turning Point priority site. I placed an order, circa £9,600 with them yesterday, with a lead time on parts of 12 days. However, Paul said he would endeavour to get them earlier. I got a call this morning to say they would be attending site Friday 11am to complete the works – 4 days instead of 12!
The service from this depot has been amazing, and everyone that answers has gone out of their way to help get this site sorted
A very friendly and professional engineer come to clear my toilet. He did a amazing job, was done every quickly and kept a safe distance.
Paul and his team were amazing. They came to fix a blocked drain issue, turned up when they said they would, were COVID safety conscious and left the space nice and clean afterwards. Couldn't recommend Metro Rod West Essex highly enough!
