Telford Tenant Toilet Trauma

We have received another nice letter from a customer in Telford Praising one of our Drainage engineers. The engineer was called to a blocked and overflowing Toilet. On investigating the problem he plunged it but the water level didn't drop. He then decided to remove the Toilet to get a good look in and down the stack. A large pile of tissues was found and was the obvious cause of the blockage. After adding water and trying to cut at the mass to break it down he was able to punch through the pile and eventually get it washed away. The Toilet was reinstated and flow fully restored to the relief of the customer.
Impressed.
The customers letter wrote "I wanted to write to say how impressed I was with the service and cost. My tenant was grateful and I am as well to your member of staff. He provided an excellent service. I would also like to say I think the price is reasonable for your call out and resolving the problem, I will definitely use your company again."

Helpful, Kind and Thorough

Had a lovely call in the office today from a happy customer in Shrewsbury. The customer was praising one of our engineers for being Helpful, Kind and thorough. We were called out to a complaint of a blocked kitchen Drain. On arrival the engineer investigated what could be causing the problem. On working downstream from the Drain found a manhole which he found to be blocked mainly with fat and tissue. This line lead directly to the Septic Tank. He proceeded to high water pressure jet the line all the way to the Septic Tank and then up to the kitchen Drain as to ensure full flow.

We are very proud of our engineers and over the moon when compliments are made towards them.

Anyone who has worked on a Sewage or Drainage tanker will know its not a glamourous job, but it is somewhat fulfilling especially with some of the customers we have here at Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire. we received a lovely letter from a happy customer which read as follows.
"Just a short note to express my appreciation for the job undertaken by your employee in cleaning the septic tank at my property.
He was extremely helpful and informative and he executed the task in an efficient and thorough manner".
We never get tired of these!

Another happy customer here at Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire, for a couple of months we have been attending the Nuffield Hospital in Shrewsbury where they have been having problems with there pumping station which hasn't been working and flooding frequently, we have Used Tankers, Van Packs and enclosed space equipment to help try and clear the blockage.

Its always nice to receive letters of appreciation but to get a Thank You card puts a smile on anyone's face,  At Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire we try our hardest to get the job done the right way and this just proves we do get it right. It wrote "To Adrian and the team, thank you so much for all the support you gave me when I needed it the most it was very much appreciated"

Hello Adrian and Team,

I just wanted to thank you and your colleagues for you help fixing the collapsed Drain and Manhole at Telford Probation office - It's a huge relief to get it resolved. I lost count how many times your engineers came out to unblock the drains (I'm sure they were getting fed up coming here) but all of your lads were always helpful, friendly and professional and I really appreciate their help with this.

I'm sure (I hope) that's the end of the problem but if we have any concerns in the future Ill ask for Metro Rod before anyone else!
