High Pressure Drain Jetting

At Metro Rod Coventry & Leicester, high pressure water jetting is one of our most popular methods of clearing blocked drains. The jets we use here release pressures of over 3600 psi, also releasing 14 gallons of water per minute to break up blockages, remove slit and loosen hard debris. High pressure water jetting is combined with water pressure, and the volume of water running through the jet. This is the best way to get your drains clean. Drain jetting is an extremely effective method of clearing blocked drains and cleaning drains, therefore this will maintain the flow of water for longer, and remove blockages before they become a potentially problem, high pressure water jetting is the fastest, most economical and environmentally friendly way to keep your drains clear, clean and free flowing.

When We Would Use Our High Pressure Water Jetting Unit:

Drain Cleaning:

When using our high pressure water jetting units, it removes stubborn debris like grease, fat, limescale, uric acid, sludge in the pipes. Therefore, after jetting has been completed the underground pipework will be restored to a like-new condition.

Debris removal:

Our drain jetters are designed to soften blockages, loosen hard debris and will even break through tree roots. If there is a large amount of tree roots, we can change our jetting nozzles with cutting nozzles, meaning our nozzles will cut through any roots, the tree roots don’t stand a chance, as a result, the jetting units will remove the roots from the drains, this ensures the drains are clear and free flowing.

Drain cleaning:

The combination of water pressure and volume, delivers a clean that cannot be achieved by any other means. It removes grease, sludge and limescale in pipes to restore them to a like-new condition.

Regular drain maintenance:

Regular drain maintenance is important, specially for the food industry. Overtime fats and grease build up in the pipework causing blockages. Metro Rod Coventry & Leicester can put a pre-planned maintenance program together, ensuring the drains are clear and free flowing, without you having to pick up the phone.

Gully cleaning:

Leaves, moss and other debris can block gutters and lead to leaks which can badly damage soffits and facias. Gutter clearing should therefore be an essential part of your ongoing building maintenance for both domestic and commercial properties.

Septic tank cleaning and maintenance:

We use our high pressure water jets to keep pipework, tanks and soakaways clean, this will ensure your septic tank is clean and in excellent working condition.
