We had an excellent experience with metrorod when doing the pre purchase cctv drain survey. They offered a competitive price. They booked us in quickly and provided us with the report in 2 days. Communication was very good. We spoke with Kevin and emailed Matthew; they were both so incredibly kind and helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. We would definitely recommend. We will likely use them for the repairs of the drains.

Hi, I wasn't actually at home when Metro Rod called, but I would like to say thank you for coming out so promptly and thank you for getting Severn Trent water onboard! For years o othis problem has been inefficiently dealt with by Leicester City Council and we had to get them out every few weeks. It has now been thoroughly investigated and dealt with properly, so hopefully it has been resolved for a much longer period!

We had metr rod in today to find out what was blocking outside toilet they were absolutelt brilliant they even respected that we had got brand new fitted carpets in the house tried to do the job then they brought out the big guns and said if this does not do it then we got problems 30 mins later job was a success unblocked toilet and cleaned up after they finished i would reccomend metro rod !00% to any body thank you very much metro rod

A bit massive thank you to Mick Brown and Brooklyn Cammell who came to my work today to clean out some drains for us that have been causing a real issue for a while. Turned up on time, very friendly and organised, did an amazing job sorting out the pipe work that looked like it had been blocked for what potentially could've been years, and to top it off, they cleaned and tidied as they went. Cannot recommend these lads enough!!
