I needed this company earlier in the week, for a badly blocked drain , altogether i had dealings with four operatives plus office staff who i spoke to on the phone they ,were very polite and helpful , the operatives who attended my home were the same they really did not stop working whilst here , polite, respectful of my property even though its nothing fancy , and each of them had a sense of humour , i would recommend this company to anyone thank you all .

Hi, I had a blocked drain and luckily this was covered by my home emergency cover. I called the insurance this lunchtime around 1pm. At 3.30pm I had a call from Metro Rod to say someone would be with me this evening to assess the problem. At 5.15 Dan from Metro Rod called to explain he would be with us around 6pm tonight. At 6pm tonight Dan from Metro Rod arrived and after a considerable amount of time looking into the problem we discovered the blockage in a neighbours garden. Dan went above and beyond tonight to help us, and referred this to Severn Trent for us. Dan was a credit to Metro Rod at how he handled the call and stayed well over the allocated time for this job late into the evening. Thanks again to Dan for all your help and escalating our blockage to Severn Trent. Thank you
