Dan was called to our property twice (it was a big job!). He was really friendly and went over and above to make sure he had done all he could. He explained exactly what was going on, he told me the problems, and what needed to be done and what was going to happen next. He really worked hard and even in the difficult weather he kept smiling. The circumstances were punishing because of the snow (so transport and moving around with virtually impossible) but he still kept going and smiling and working hard. He always kept us informed of when the visits would be so we were never left wondering Not easy! He was so helpful and kind I would recommend him any time.

Metro Rod Came Out Today Brilliant Service From Them Had A Metal Piece Stuck In The Drainage System Which Was Blocking Everything Up But Thanks To Them Sorted The Issue Out The 2 Guys That Were Sent Out From Metro Rod Were Great Friendly And Provided Great Service Also Thanks To Sarah Who Arranged Everything Really Quickly So The Issue Can Be Resolved Definitely Be Recommending You Guys :)

Excellent service provided by the team today. We called this morning to gain support with an urgent blockage. Christina was excellent with accommodating the urgency of repair. The engineers were able to adapt and assist with limited access to resolve a blockage on site. Highly recommend using this region of MetroRod and will 100% use again
