The gentleman who came out has been here quite a few times and can only praise him he was very pleasant, he was so thorough and completely respected my property, can only thank him enough. He has sent you a report like last time and pictures were taken then recommending what the next stage should be to avoid this happening again.

The gentleman that came to fix my problem that i have had for a while with my housing association not pushing for it do be done. Since the 1st visit from Mertro Rod they were very good and was so fast from that 1st visit. Many,many Thanks. The 2 gentlemen that came to fix my problem were fantastic they were friendly and polite. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks they made me feel at ease aswell as my disabilities they moved everything so I could pass everytime I had to go out. Thank you Metro Rod again.

Contacted by the council and arrived within 2 hours. Very pleasant and informative, he kept me updated on what he needed to do and when the work was complete. After 2 months the issue has finally been dealt with thanks to Metro Rod

His professionalism and friendliness particularly stuck out making sure to tidy up after himself, check his work before leaving and making sure I was happy with the result.
