I didn’t get the name of your engineer or the guy in the office, but they w... Read moreere just fab. Quick response to my issue they were polite and professional. The keys were out of site, in a stinking filthy drain with many used needles in it, not a pleasant job.
If it was just the keys which I had dropped I may have just left them as I have a spare set, but also on the key ring was a key fob with ashes in it, which has great sentimental value to me.
