We went out over the weekend to unblock a shared drain in Peterborough which was affecting many houses on the street, One of them being the Local counsellors. These were his comments.

Our engineer was called to clear a blocked drain at a new housing development. Two properties were affected and backing up.

Spencer has been the franchisee now for 15 years and operates this business as a family concern. Working alongside his wife Angela who runs the office, and their business partner Shirley Millson, who looks after the day to day scheduling.
Working form a purpose built office facility in the heart of Lincolnshire, we have slowly built up a profitable business and pride ourselves in the fact we have a very technical skill base. This is headed up by Spencer, who has delivered growth through investment and technical skills, with the ability to tackle most of the challenges that we are presented.
Shirley is Operations Manager here and has been with the company for six years. She brings a huge wealth of experience to the role for the day to day operations and combines her people focused approach with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Shirley is a fundamental figure in guaranteeing smooth operations and effective time management from her team of friendly engineers ensuring all your issues are tackled quickly and professionally.
Angela is Director of Hull, Lincolnshire and Peterborough and is fundamental in our continued growth and success. She has been one of the pivotal figures since day one, with only one man and one van and is proud of all that has been achieved over the years and the team of highly trained engineers now employed. Ange is also qualified to carry out CCTV surveying of “OSX19” which makes us very reputable in how we produce our surveys and reports.
