The recommendation of a CCTV survey was essential in resolving our problem and a good call. Mac arrived the following morning, on time and without fuss, to work diligently to find a buried manhole that has been the root of many issues over an extended period of time. Mac's excellent in-depth knowledge diagnosed the problem quickly and then continued to resolve it efficiently. A very pleasant fix for a not so pleasant issue.
