We live in Sunderland. Metro Rod came out really quickly today, to sort our blocked drains, although they were very busy. The operative Chris was a great bloke, very proffessional, job sorted real quick, and I have to say Chris was a great ambassador for metro rod.........

The initial contact and call out to carry out the quote was good. However following this there was a complete lack of communication about getting the quote. I contacted head office where Caine was a superstar in getting things pushed along. I finally got the quote which I was happy with and the person who came out to do the drain survey was very professional and helpful.

Just excellent... from beginning to end... out of the 5 companies I called, MetroRod we’re the only one to listen and understand I had vulnerable people and went out of their way and sent someone within 2hrs while others offered the following day. Cleared my issue (praise the lord) fast, effectively and cleaned up after themselves and very reasonably priced. Will only recommend them and will use again if ever needed.
