Managing Director
Penny started the York franchise in June 1998.She is proud of the level of technical service she provides and the local reputation she has earned along with her husband David.
Penny herself has a high level of computer expertise which has enabled her to develop her own bespoke computer system, helping things run smoothly and effectively in the office.
The business has gained a great reputation throughout the area which is down to the dedication and hard work Penny and David have put into the business.
DAVID LANGLEY
Field Services Manager (Director)
David partners Penny in the business and his extensive knowledge and experience of over 30 years in the drainage industry has proven key to establishing a reputation for high standards.
He prides himself on not only solving the customer’s problem, but making the result look good too.
REBECCA TURNBULL
Office Manager
Becky has worked for the business for many years. She started as an administrator and has worked her way to become the manager of the busy office. Her knowledge of the job is extensive to say the least.
She manages to make a Monday morning feeling like a Friday afternoon with her constant upbeat approach to everything. There’s never a quiet moment in the office when Becky is about!
CHARLOTTE HAWKINS
Administration Assistant
Charlotte is our office apprentice and is working towards her NVQ in business administration. She is a key member of our team supporting Penny and Becky in the running of the busy office.
STEVEN TAYLOR
Engineer
Steve has re-joined the team since leaving a few years back to venture into different areas of his career. He possesses a great amount of experience in the drainage sector and we are glad to have him back as part of our team.

Engineer
Dave joined the team in February 2017 after a few years away from the industry to peruse other activities. Since being back it is like he’s never been away, and he brings plenty of knowledge and experience to the team.
