The guy came on one of the most hottest days of the year as my sewers were over flowing, he got straight to work doing a job most wouldn’t touch, he was very professional and fixed the problem, great job thankyou

We have a repeat drainage issue which flares up once a year. I would never call anyone but Metro rod. Same day, always lovely people and a very good price. I dont write these often but for this outfit extremely happy to give them 5 stars!!!

Staff arrived within 2 hours of my call although it was past 6pm. They were very kind polite and courteous. They were extremely efficient and solved the problem in about 15 minutes! Can't praise them enough . Excellent service.

The technician was very polite knowledgeable and was quick to understand wife's disabilities and was more then happy for me to leave him to it and his words health and safety because alot easier for him. Popped back to our friends he phoned with his recommendations and be leaving site 10 minutes. When I got home everything was left how the technician finds and was very clean too.
