The young man was very polite and helpful and was very thorough was here almost 3 and half hours as the job was bigger than just a blocked drain I thank you for an excellent service and would highly recommend your services

Very happy with the two guys that came today! Not only did they find the issue and quickly resolved it, they also found the root cause and straight away resolved it to avoid future issues!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after calling around 60 different numbers trying to get my drainage issue sorted, I have to give credit where it’s due. I first called Dyno-Rod, but they showed up looking completely lost. Then i phoned a plumber who highly recommended Metro Rod, and they sent Brad — he came out and sorted the problem ASAP! I had been waiting nearly a year for the works to be carried out before MetroRod got involved. The company was great, Ricky called when he said he would which is great customer services. On the day the two lads that came to do the work were friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen. I needed a drain and soak away. The work took a couple of hours and 30 bucket of soil later the work was completed and you couldn't even see where they had been. The lads left everything as clean as they could. So a huge thank you to MetroRod for doing the work as quickly as they could and a big thank you to the lads for everything.
